Upon first sip of your favorite cordial, you may begin to feel the magic of eras gone by. These cordial glasses have a curvy design reminiscent of art nouveaux, art deco, or even the Golden Age. The expert precision cuts on the glasses form the design of petals of a flower when you look from above view at these beauties. Val Saint Lambert Gevaert TCPL clear crystal cordial glass with individual contrast color is a true embodiment elegance. Crafted in Belgium during the 1950s, each piece exhibits an exquisite cut rounded panel design with either Emerald, Amethyst, or Yellow (more like a Chartreuse) color adding a unique and luxurious touch. The Gevaert TCPL product line is a testament to the fine craftsmanship of this company. The crystal material, translucent and luminous, coupled with the unique colors is an excellent example of the handcrafted artistry that has been appreciated for almost 200 years! These are truly gorgeous and in pristine condition without any visible signs of use, scratches, cracks, or repairs. I venture to say they were never used – that’s how fantastic their condition. Two toned glass that is handblown, so may show some differences in size, color or shape. Please examine all pictures, as they are part of my description. The only one that I can see that shows some color variance in the form of a swirl (not really noticeable to me unless you know it’s there) is one of the Amethyst glasses.
