I believe the maker was Seneca Glass Company in West Virginia in the 1940’s. I wasn’t able to find the pattern name & number? Here is a list of the pieces: Eleven 8″ Salad/Dessert Plates Nine 5 3/4″ Tall Champagne/Tall Sherbet Goblets Cut Glass is very difficult to photograph, Light reflections obscure much of the detail – the white specks and reflections that show in my photos ARE NOT THERE! Note: According to my book on Seneca they produced top quality, elegant cut glass patterns over the years. Many of their patterns took ten hours or more to produce each piece. Description: This pattern features finely spaced bands that encircled the border interrupted only by a equally spaced Star Cut Flower. Bands of leaves run above & below the bands.
