Gold Etch Coupe Hollow Stem Champagne. These glasses are amazing etched and gold filled tall hollow stem champagne glasses. Measures approximately 8″ X 4.5″. Some of the gold is missing from glasses. They appear to be in the style of Cambridge. Some of the gold is missing. No chips or cracks. 1930’s HOLLOW STEM CAMBRIDGE PORTIA GOLD ETCH COUPE CHAMPAGNE GLASS-SET two

6 oz –3.5 inches across brim x 5.75 inches tall. Gold etching is immaculate –no gold loss. Rim and base have small gold loss. Excellent condition for near 90 years old as with any old crystal there will be minor flea bites and signs of wear. These are all hand blow- hollow stem. There are bubbles in the base and scratch on base of one. Sometimes there may be wear and the item may need cleaning. We try to describe each item as accurately as possible and/or will have enough photos to show condition. Colors may vary due to lighting during photography and the difference in every computer screen. Please keep all packaging and provide us a photo or two of the item for quicker processing. SET OF (7) FOSTORIA / TIFFIN ETCHED CRYSTAL STAR CHAMPAGNE GLASSES CIRCA. THESE ARE FAMILY OWNED & HAVE BEEN LEFT DOWN TO ME. I CALL THEM STAR GLASSES & THE CONDITION ON ALL ARE IN SUPERIOR CONDITION BEING OVER 80 YRS. THEY HAVE BEEN IN DRY STORAGE FOR OVER 70+YRS. ONE CRYSTAL GLASS, HAS 2, I WILL CALL THEM MICRO. CHIPS, & I HAVE HEARD THE EXPRESSION TO DESCRIBE A SMALL CHIP, AS A ” FLEA BITE”. I HAVE TO MENTION THEM, & YOU MAY SEE THESE IN PIX. HOWEVER, YOU CAN BARELY SEE THEM, & YOUR GUESTS, PROBABLY WOULDN’T EVEN NOTICE, WHEN ENTERTAINING. AND FOR BEING THIS OLD IT’S A WONDER THEY ARE IN SUCH INCREDIBLE CONDITION. PROBABLY SELDOM USED, & VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF LIKE THE OTHER CRYSTAL I HAVE CURRENTLY LISTED. THE DIM ON THESE GLASSES ARE 4-1/2 TALL & DIA. THE GLASSES ARE VERY FRAGILE & IF THEY SELL, & HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GO TO A FAMILY THAT APPRECIATES THESE CRYSTAL GLASSES. THEY MUST BE WASHED BY HAND WITH A SOFT DETERGENT & A VERY SOFT SPONGE. ANY OF WHAT I’VE LISTED, NEVER SHOULD BE PUT IN A DISHWASHER!!!! THEY ARE DELICATE & FRAGILE. THESE CAN BE USED FOR CHAMPAGNE OR ANY COCKTAILS, & THEY WOULD LOOK BEAUTIFUL ON ANY DINNER TABLE. ON BASE IS APPROX. NOTE: I WAS LOOKING FOR MORE OF THESE OLD CRYSTAL GLASSES & JUST. FOUND ANOTHER GLASS THAT GOES WITH THE ABOVE SET, HOWEVER IT HAS A CRACK. NEAR TOP OF RIM, APPROX. VERTICAL SO, IF THESE SELL , THIS CAN STILL BE USED. NOTHING MAJOR, BUT NOTICEABLE. THESE GLASSES ARE TRULY BEAUTIFUL. AGAIN, THERE ARE (7) GLASSES. Set of Eight Fostoria FUSCHIA WISTERIA Etched Crystal Water Goblets 1930s RARE

A set of this size and at this price will be very hard to find! The “wisteria” colored stems change color in different lighting, from blue to lavender, depending on the light source. The bowls of these glasses are etched with lovely hanging fuchsia blossoms and their foliage. The bowls are also “optic”, which means that the bowls are molded in such a way as to appear to have many panels, when in fact the outer and inner surfaces are smooth. Each glass is 7 1/2″ high, 3 3/4″ across the bowl and 2 7/8 across the foot. Weight per glass: approx. Seven of these glasses are in superb condition with no chips, nicks or repairs. The remaining glass has a very tiny rim nick which I cannot even feel with my finger – see last photo. Reasonable offers will be considered. Today, in the days of large wine goblets, these water goblets could be used for wine as well.
