This is a lot of 6 ROGASKA GALLIA hand-blown Crystal Water Goblets measuring approximately 9¼” tall by 3 3/8″ in diameter from an Estate, part of a collection of over 70 pieces of this crystal. 2 lots of 6 available for a total of 12 Glasses. Each gracious piece is hand-blown, hand-cut and hand-etched by Yugoslavian artisans. Rogaska is no stranger to presidents and royalty, including Britain’s Queen Elizabeth. Since its founding in 1665, the Slovenia-made glassware has been presented as protocol gifts or as trophies in major sports and other competitions around the world. It’s all hand made in the eastern Slovenia town of Rogaska Slatina. Legend has it that the healing waters of the Rogaska Spring burst forth on the exact spot where the winged stallion Pegasus struck its hoof, explaining the flying horse emblem on the Rogaska logo.
