Vertical and cross cross bowl cut. The items are used and in excellent condition. There are no chips, nicks, cracks or repairs except on 1 rim (2 dots in front of pic with penny) very small and does look appear or feel to be totally threw the glass, as it does not cut or hurt when going around with fingers. Appear to be barely used. I have taken a picture of the acid etched Waterford mark on the bottom. Heavy and beautiful in the sunlight. I believe this is an older set.
